Role Description
This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role for a Sales Representative at Aurora Valet Trash & Recycling. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, conducting property walkthroughs, presenting services to prospective multi-family communities, and earning commission based on closed contract values. This is a hybrid role with local travel for on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships with property managers and decision-makers

Conduct property walkthroughs to assess service needs and tailor solutions

Present and sell Aurora’s valet trash and recycling services to prospective clients

Negotiate contract terms and close new deals

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Represent the company professionally and knowledgeably in the field
